Set it free. It is o.k. to share how you feel. Happy, sad, frustrated, angry, joyful, stuck, free. . .
Sometimes I would let my sister consume all of my thoughts. It would anger me. I would make a point to get out and experience the joys of life.
I tell myself, "You are a part of my life, but not my entire life." This is your path. I lovingly place my energy into the actions that I have decided to take with you.
